Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 6-8 dried kokum petals
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and water to make a thin consistency.
  2. Add the crushed garlic, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt to the coconut milk mixture and mix well.
  3. Add the dried kokum petals and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
