Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 6-8 dried kokum petals
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and water to make a thin consistency.
- Add the crushed garlic, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt to the coconut milk mixture and mix well.
- Add the dried kokum petals and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
