Ingredients
- 4 sole fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Dredge the sole fillets in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
