Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef over medium heat.

- Pour in the beef broth and tomato sauce, then bring to a boil.
