- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, red chilies, lemongrass, and galangal. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
- Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in lime juice and brown sugar. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
