Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the lamb chunks to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Stir in the tomatoes, carrots, and potato, and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Stir to coat the ingredients with the spices.
