Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized bitter melons
- 200g ground chicken

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Prepare the bitter melons by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds and pith.

- Stuff the bitter melon halves with the chicken mixture.
