Ingredients

- 2 inches galangal, sliced
- 2 inches ginger, sliced
- 2 tablespoons rendang spice paste

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the coconut milk, beef broth, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, tomatoes, onion, garlic, galangal, ginger, and rendang spice paste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
