Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced

- 1 teaspoon achiote powder
- 6 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
