Ingredients

  • 2 chayote, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
