Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb fish fillet, cut into chunks
- 1 lb mixed seafood (mussels, clams, squid)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 cups fish or seafood broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and tomatoes, and cook until softened.
- Pour in the fish or seafood broth and bring to a simmer.
