Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken pieces, onion, carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, tomatoes, green peas, rice, garlic, cumin, paprika, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

- Remove the bay leaf and discard.
