Ingredients
- 2 cups sorghum
- 1 cup dried red beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 6 cups water
Instructions
- Rinse the sorghum and beans under running water.
- In a large pot, combine the sorghum, beans, onion, tomatoes, garlic, salt, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 40 minutes, or until the sorghum and beans are tender.
- Once cooked, mash the mixture with a potato masher or the back of a spoon until it reaches a thick, porridge-like consistency.
- Adjust the seasoning if needed and serve hot.
