Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup sorghum beer
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sorghum beer, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
