Ingredients
- 2 cups sorghum beer
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the sorghum beer, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chutney thickens.
- Remove from heat and let the chutney cool to room temperature before serving.
