Ingredients

  • 2 cups sorghum beer
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the sorghum beer, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chutney thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let the chutney cool to room temperature before serving.
