Ingredients
- 2 cups sorghum flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Warm water, as needed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sorghum flour and salt.
- Add warm water gradually and knead the mixture to form a stiff dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a thin round disc on a clean surface using a rolling pin.
- Heat a flat griddle or cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the flattened dough on the hot griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear.
- Remove the flatbread from the griddle and serve hot.
