Ingredients

  • 2 cups sorghum flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Warm water, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sorghum flour and salt.
  2. Add warm water gradually and knead the mixture to form a stiff dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball into a thin round disc on a clean surface using a rolling pin.
  4. Heat a flat griddle or cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
  5. Carefully place the flattened dough on the hot griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear.
  6. Remove the flatbread from the griddle and serve hot.
