Ingredients
- 2 cups sorghum flour
- 1 cup water

- 1/2 cup yogurt

- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup coconut chutney
- 1/2 cup tomato chutney
- 1/2 cup mixed pickle
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sorghum flour, salt, cumin seeds, and yogurt. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into flatbreads.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the flatbreads until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Keep them warm in a cloth-lined basket.
- Arrange the flatbreads on a platter and serve with chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, lemon wedges, coconut chutney, tomato chutney, and mixed pickle.
