Ingredients
- 4 cups of fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the corn kernels, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

- Gradually pour the hot milk mixture into the beaten eggs, whisking constantly to temper the eggs.
