  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the coconut milk and broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the tuna, rice noodles, red bell pepper, carrot, garlic, and ginger to the pot. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
