Soy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve the soy garlic chicken hot.
