Ingredients

  • 2 cups soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup small sago pearls

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the sago pearls. Cook for 10 minutes or until translucent. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is fully dissolved to make the arnibal syrup.
  3. Cut the soft tofu into small cubes and divide them into serving bowls.
  4. Top the tofu with the cooked sago pearls.
  5. Drizzle the arnibal syrup over the tofu and sago pearls.
