Ingredients
- 2 cups soft tofu
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup small sago pearls
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the sago pearls. Cook for 10 minutes or until translucent. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is fully dissolved to make the arnibal syrup.
- Cut the soft tofu into small cubes and divide them into serving bowls.
- Top the tofu with the cooked sago pearls.
- Drizzle the arnibal syrup over the tofu and sago pearls.
