Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
  4. Heat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill or pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
