Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and vegetable oil.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
- Heat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill or pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
