Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Jamón Serrano
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, make a deep slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket for the stuffing.
