  • 1/4 cup grated Manchego cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Manchego cheese, egg, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, then shape the mixture into meatballs.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion and red bell pepper. Cook until softened, then pour in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
