Spice Island Papaya Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe papaya, diced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the diced papaya, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
