Spiced Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are tender and charred, about 12-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
