Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham with shallow diagonal cuts, creating a diamond pattern.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  4. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan and brush the glaze over the surface of the ham.
