Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix the cumin, paprika, cinnamon, coriander, cayenne pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lamb cubes to the spice mixture and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated lamb and dates onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
