Kuzu Şiş Kebap, also known as spiced lamb kebabs, is a traditional dish from Crimean Tatar cuisine. These succulent kebabs are marinated in a flavorful blend of spices and then grilled to perfection, resulting in a mouthwatering meal that is perfect for any occasion.

- 1.5 lbs (700g) lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, yogurt, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to form the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
