Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lamb, onion, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, parsley, mint, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- While the lamb is marinating, prepare the tahini yogurt sauce by combining the yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers and grill or cook in a stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
