Instructions

- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical kofta around a skewer.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the koftas for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the koftas are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, ground cumin, and salt in a small bowl.
