  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, parsley, and mint. Use your hands to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical kofta around a skewer.
  3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the koftas for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. While the koftas are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, ground cumin, and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Serve the lamb koftas with the yogurt sauce on the side.
