Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
- Serve the spiced lamb meatballs hot, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
