Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Soak the dried yellow peas in water for 4-5 hours, then drain.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked peas, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, green chili, tamarind chutney, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
