Ingredients
- 500g pickled sour cabbage
- 200g pork belly, thinly sliced
- 2-3 dried red chilies
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Soak the pickled sour cabbage in water for 10 minutes, then rinse and drain. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and dried red chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the pork belly slices and stir-fry until they turn slightly brown.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Add the pickled sour cabbage, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and sugar to taste. Serve hot.
