Ingredients
- 4 pieces of fresh fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons tamarind paste
- 4 red chilies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the tamarind paste with water and strain to extract the juice. Set aside.

- Add the tamarind juice, palm sugar, turmeric powder, and salt to the pan. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
