Spicy Axone Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp axone (fermented soybean)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3-4 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with axone, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the marinated beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the onions, bell peppers, and green chilies until slightly caramelized.
  4. Add the cooked beef back into the pan and stir-fry for a few more minutes until everything is well combined.
  5. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
