Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Add the potatoes to the wok and stir-fry until golden and crispy. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the garlic, onion, and green chilies until fragrant.
- Return the beef and potatoes to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and Sichuan peppercorns. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
