Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef cubes, onion, and bell pepper to the bowl and toss to coat the ingredients with the spice mixture.
