Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili oil, Sichuan peppercorns, sugar, and salt to make the marinade.
