Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, vegetable oil, and salt.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a stovetop grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
