Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 3 tbsp Guamanian hot pepper paste

- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium-high heat.
- Add the hot pepper paste, onion, and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the tomatoes, beef broth, potatoes, carrot, bell pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
