Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 hot chili peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion, bell peppers, hot chili peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes to combine all the flavors.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the spicy beef stir-fry with vegetables hot.
