Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed

- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp cornflour

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, cornflour, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round tikkis or patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
- Carefully place the tikkis in the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Once done, remove the tikkis from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
