Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chicken broth, then simmer for a few minutes until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
