Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces

  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Curry leaves
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the sliced onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and the spices are well coated.
  4. Sprinkle garam masala and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the chicken is fried to perfection, remove from heat and serve hot.
