Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 3 green chilies, slit
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Curry leaves
- Coconut oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add the sliced onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and the spices are well coated.
- Sprinkle garam masala and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the chicken is fried to perfection, remove from heat and serve hot.
