Spicy Chicken Pepper Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the chicken cubes, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and the masala is well coated.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
