Spicy Chicken Pepper Fry
Spicy Chicken Pepper Fry is a popular South Indian dish known for its bold flavors and fiery kick. This dish is a perfect combination of tender chicken pieces coated in a spicy, aromatic pepper masala.
Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add the chicken cubes, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and the masala is well coated.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
