Spicy Chicken Skewer Wrap (chicken Seekh Kabab Paratha Roll)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 parathas (flatbread)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, fresh coriander, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to make seekh kababs.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  4. Warm the parathas on a separate pan or griddle.
  5. Spread a spoonful of yogurt and mint chutney on each paratha.
  6. Place a cooked seekh kabab on each paratha and top with sliced onion and tomato.
  7. Roll up the parathas tightly to form wraps.
  8. Serve hot with extra mint chutney and yogurt on the side.
