Spicy Chicken Skewer Wrap (chicken Seekh Kabab Paratha Roll)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 4 parathas (flatbread)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup mint chutney
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, fresh coriander, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers to make seekh kababs.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Warm the parathas on a separate pan or griddle.
- Spread a spoonful of yogurt and mint chutney on each paratha.
- Place a cooked seekh kabab on each paratha and top with sliced onion and tomato.
- Roll up the parathas tightly to form wraps.
- Serve hot with extra mint chutney and yogurt on the side.
