Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, onion, green chilies, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and bread crumbs.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and form them into long sausage shapes around the skewers.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint chutney, naan, and salad.
