Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, julienned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green chilies until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until they turn translucent.
- Toss in the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
- Add the bell peppers and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce coats the chicken and vegetables evenly.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
