Spicy Chicken Sukka

Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Now, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces and salt. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and the masala coats the pieces well.
- Add the grated coconut and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
