Spicy Chicken Wings (辣子鸡翅)

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 3 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 4-5 dried red chilies
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine. Marinate the chicken wings in this mixture for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Sichuan peppercorns, dried red chilies, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken wings to the pan. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and garnish with chopped green onions.
